B. Arch. Sem 5 Architectural Design Studio Study Tour
Architectural Design Studio Study Tour: 23 rd to 27 th June 2026
As part of the B. Arch. Sem 5 Architectural Design Studio, an academic field study was organised to Pondicherry from 23 rd to 27 th June 2026. The intent of the field study was to provide students with firsthand exposure to the historic urban fabric of Pondicherry and to help them understand the relationships among urban morphology, architectural character, public spaces, movement networks, built and open spaces, cultural identity, and contemporary transformations. The visit also enabled students to undertake focused documentation and analytical studies of precincts, streets, open spaces and other architectural case studies.
