Applications for Avani Merit Scholarship 2025 are now open.
Avani Institute of Design offers financial assistance to meritorious students who wish to pursue a Bachelor of Architecture course at the Avani Institute of Design in the academic year 2025-26.
1. Full Scholarship 01 - equivalent to Full Annual Academic Fee (2025-30) for one meritorious student
2. Scholarship 02- Rs. 1,00,000/- for two meritorious student
3. Scholarship 03- Rs. 50,000/- for 4 meritorious students
**All scholarships will be renewed every academic year as per academic progression & Avani Student Support Scheme 2025.
Interested students are encouraged to apply by sending their portfolio (max 25MB in .pdf format) along with a covering letter, two academic references, and a copy of their Avani Admissions Application Form to administration@avani.edu.in by 30 June 2025.
The Application Form has THREE parts.
Each part can be submitted only once. So, please ensure that you read the instructions below carefully, and have all necessary information and files at hand before you begin to fill all parts of the form.
Part 1A & 1B must be filled first.
Part 2 must be filled within 24 hours of receiving your NATA score
Part 3 must be filled within 24 hours of receiving your 12th Standard (or equivalent) grade/mark/score.
Please note that you may fill Part 2 or 3 whichever is declared earlier.
About Filling Part 1A & 1B of the Form
Please keep ready the following information and documents prior to filling the form:
One scanned copy of applicant’s passport size photograph. (Maximum file size 500kb, png or jpg/jpeg file)
A scanned image of applicant’s signature specimen. (Maximum file size 500kb, png or jpg/jpeg file)
Your permanent address
Scanned copy of your 10th Standard Certificate
Scanned copy of your Aadhar Card (maximum file size 500kb). Please note that uploading Aadhar card is optional.
Once you fill all items in Part I of form, click 'Proceed to payment'.
After successful payment, PRINT Part I of the form.
Sign this document, and send it to the Administrative Office of Avani Institute of Design to the address below : Please ensure that the Part I form is received at the address below within 4 days of your submitting the form online.

Once you submit Part I of the form online, you will receive an email with a unique Admission ID (which will also be your login) and password (that you can create). Please keep this information handy and in safety as this will be needed to complete any further application process. Please use this Admission ID for all future communications with Avani Institute of Design.
About Filling Part 2 of the Form
Please fill this part of the form within 24 hours of receiving your NATA score.
Please keep ready the following information and documents prior to filling this part of the form:
Your Admission ID (your login) and password
A scanned copy of your NATA scorecard.
Once you fill all items in Part II of the form, press ‘SUBMIT’.
About Filling Part 3 of the Form
Please fill this this part of the form within 24 hours of receiving your 12th Standard (or equivalent) grade/mark/score.
Please keep ready the following information and documents prior to filling this part of the form:
Your Admission ID (your login) and password
A scanned copy of your 12th Standard (or equivalent) grade/mark/score.
Once you fill all items in Part III of the form, press ‘SUBMIT’.
The Fees for Bachelor of Architecture Programme are declared by the Fee Regulatory Authority (FRA).
