Criteria of Eligibility for Admission under Management Category


  • The candidate shall have passed the Higher Secondary (10+2) or recognized as equivalent examinations with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as subjects, with minimum 50% marks in aggregate, as well as 50% marks in Mathematics. In case of candidates appearing for Higher Secondary (10+2) or recognized as equivalent examinations in 2019, the eligibility is conditional to their achieving the above criteria once results are declared.
  • The candidate shall have a valid National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) score. In case of candidates appearing for NATA in 2019, the eligibility is conditional to their achieving the above criteria once results are declared.
  • The Candidate shall have completed 17 years of age as of the last date of submission of the application form.
  • The candidate fulfilling the above criteria shall fill the Application 2019-20 available on this website.

INSTRUCTIONS TO FILL THE APPLICATION FOR ADMISSION TO BACHELORS IN ARCHITECTURE (B. ARCH) PROGRAMME (2019-20)

The Application Form has three parts. Each part can be submitted only once. So, please ensure that you read the instructions below carefully, and have all necessary information and files at hand before you begin to fill all parts of the form.

  • Part I must be filled first
  • Part II must be filled within 24 hours of receiving your NATA score
  • Part III must be filled within 24 hours of receiving your 12th Standard (or equivalent) grade/mark/score.
  • Please note that you may fill Part II or III whichever is declared earlier.

I. ABOUT FILLING PART I OF THE FORM

  • About filling the form: Please keep ready the following information and documents prior to filling the form:
    a. Obtain a Demand Draft of Rs.1000/- a non-refundable application fee drawn in favour of Avani Institute of Design payable at Calicut.
    b. A scanned copy of the Demand Draft (Maximum file size 500kb).
    c. One scanned copy of your passport size photograph (Maximum file size 500kb).
    d. Your permanent address details
    e. A scanned copy of your Aadhar Card (maximum file size 500kb). Please note that uploading Aadhar card is optional.
    f. Scanned copy of your 10th Standard Certificate
  • Once you fill all items in Part I of form, press SUBMIT.
  • After pressing the submit button, press the PRINT button to print a copy of Part I of the form.
  • Sign this document, and send it along with the DD of Rs. 1,000 drawn in favour of AVANI Institute of Design to the address below:
    Please ensure that the above two items are received at the address below within 7 days of your submitting the form online.

  • Once you submit Part I of the form online, you will receive an email with a unique Admission ID (which will also be your login) and password (that you can create). Please keep this information handy and in safety as this will be needed to complete any further application process. Please use this Admission ID for all future communications with Avani Institute of Design.

II. ABOUT FILLING PART II OF THE FORM

  • About filling the form:Please fill this part of the form within 24 hours of receiving your NATA score. Please keep ready the following information and documents prior to filling this part of the form:
    a. Your Admission ID (your login) and password
    b. A scanned copy of your NATA scorecard.
  • Once you fill all items in Part II of the form, press SUBMIT.

III. ABOUT FILLING PART III OF THE FORM

  • About filling the form: Please fill this this part of the form within 24 hours of receiving your 12th Standard (or equivalent) grade/mark/score. Please keep ready the following information and documents prior to filling this part of the form

    a. Your Admission ID (your login) and password
    b. A scanned copy of your 12th Standard (or equivalent) grade/mark/score.
  • Once you fill all items in Part III of the form, press SUBMIT
